INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHOR PRESENTATIONS

If you paper was selected for an ORAL presentation:

We request that you prepare and upload your slides ahead of the conference. Your talk will be 15 minutes in length and comprise 10 minutes of talk and 5 minutes of questions. Note that as an oral speaker, to increase visibility of your work, you are entitled to a poster, which you can present physically and virtually.

If you paper was selected for a (in-person) POSTER presentation:

We request that you prepare your poster according to the detailed instructions (see link below) and bring it to the conference for presenting it in person. Note that as an in-person poster presenter, to increase visibility of your work, you are also entitled to present your poster during the virtual sessions.

If you paper is schedule for a (virtual) POSTER presentation:

We request that you prepare and upload your ePoster and video teaser.

In order for files to be verified by the technical program committee, we ask that you please finalize and upload your materials no later than April 7, 2023.

FAQs

1. Is the video teaser mandatory?
   No, but it is strongly encouraged, as a way to publicize your virtual poster
2. The instructions mention PowerPoint files for oral presentations, but the follow-up instructions mention PDFs. If I upload a PDF version, can I still use PowerPoint for the actual presentation at the conference?
   The files you upload will be used for presentation. You can upload a PowerPoint or PDF file.
3. Is there a place where I can print my poster, so I don't need to carry it during travel?
   Poster printing service will be provided. The value is $15 dollars, which corresponds to 71,400 Colombian pesos.
