INDUSTRIAL DAY

The Industrial Day will bring outstanding companies in our field such as Siemens Healthineers, Flywheel, Hyperfine, and Kitware to present projects and products relevant to the ISBI community. We will also learn about the journeys of Flywheel and Hyperfine from startup to successful companies. In addition, we will hear presentations from other players in the medical imaging field commercialization, such as the Clinica Foscal, a large clinical system in Latin America, and investors in medical imaging, to give us some insight on how to best translate our software to the clinic. There will also be a matchmaking lunch in which industry and academic researchers can exchange collaboration ideas and recruit students and postdocs. Finally, we will have a pitch competition, with great prizes including a letter of intent to invest for the best pitch! Looking forward to seeing you there!

Prizes:
Judge panel awards:
50 consulting hours equivalent to $15,000 and letter of intent to invest $1,000
Audience favorite award:
$500

More details on the consultant hours: We have designed a prize of USD $15,000 for the winner of the pitch day represented by 50 consulting hours from our experts in Canada and the United States that will allow the entrepreneur to design the raising capital business model tailored to their company.
